Intro

No matter what stage you are in your life, we are all on a journey and sometimes we become distracted and lose our way or just stop living because of fear, anxiety, addictions, hurt, unforgiveness, low self-esteem, shame, anger, regret, unrealized expectations etc. These and other issues of life pile on and clutter our hearts and we end up feeling stuck, not knowing how to find a way to move forward towards peace and healing..

What is Soul Care? Fundamental to defining soul care, is to understand that understand that we are souls, and not just a body with a soul, but rather, we are souls that have a body. Our soul is all of who we are because we are all created in the image of God. So God created human beings in his image. In the image of God he created them; male and female. (Genesis 1:27) Therefore, we must understand that we do not have a soul, but rather, we are souls. We are not a body that has a soul, we are souls that have a body. The deepest part of our body and soul is our spirit. But even deeper than that, the innermost of our being, is our heart - the essence of our soul. Thus, the soul is all of who we are. Keep your heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life. (Proverbs 4:23) Simply put, soul care is the ongoing work of operating in God's best for you -- spiritually, emotionally, and physically -- by engaging our entire being in the pursuit of God - cooperating with His Spirit inside us to cultivate, nurture, and nourish our whole selves to live a healthy, thriving, and victorious existence as a beloved child of God.

Journey to Kingdom offers soul care coaching using Biblical principles with a holistic approach to help you get at what is aching your heart; guiding, facilitating and equipping you with tools to unearth the issues that have been aching your heart. Resulting with an encounter with God, gaining clarity, healing, freedom, and wholeness, not only for your heart, but your body, soul and spirit.

Soul Care is the ongoing work of clearing out the clutter in our hearts by collaborating and cooperating with God to operate in and live God’s best for you - - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Soul Care coaching helps you declutter, yield, heal your heart and soul and gain freedom to live a healthy, thriving, and victorious existence as a beloved child of God. We provide you with the tool to maintain your healing. Key areas of focus: clarity, identity, uncovering fear and God’s love. We serve anyone who is looking to heal and thrive.

What Will I Gain? Tools to maintain your soul care, healing, and an encounter with God in ways that will allow you to know and live in freedom, liberation, acceptance, pure love and joy. This can only happen if you're willing to invest in the coaching process, prepare, show up, participate, yield to God and put your discoveries into action, then breakthroughs, healing, and freedom will take place and you will see change.

Individuals aren’t the same, thus the content of the 1:1 private coaching may differ for a more customized experience. For example, it can focus more on your identity and God’s love than on fear. This refinement will be determined from the results of your assessment, your needs and desires as well our discussions.

Apallasso (ap-al-las'so), is a Greek word meaning to remove, release, set free, deliver, or depart. During the session, through a series of questions, guided by Holy Spirit, we walk through a memory or issue, past or present, to help you release and break free from the undesired consequences that confines, burdens, or oppresses you.

Hello there, I'm Efua. I am a Believer in Jesus Christ, a Certified Soul Care Practitioner and Coach with a Master’s in Public Health, mandated by God to heal souls.

Looking back at my life, I realize that for years I felt like I was an imposter of my true self. I was trapped in a hamster wheel contained in a self-made fortress. Wanting to be free, but not knowing how. But God did!! He led me to those He prepared to be instrumental in helping me to be free. I am now a free woman, healed, continuing to heal, growing, and allowing myself, my true self to be; to be vulnerable; to be whole; to be authentic; to be loved and to love unconditionally.

My healing and freedom is allowing me as propelled by Jesus Christ to help others do the same. With this new freedom, how can I keep it to myself? Out of that desire to share with others, God has entrusted me with Journey to Kingdom to be able to help and serve you. I am eternally thankful to God, for my healing journey and for giving me the opportunity and honor to walk alongside you on your own journey of soul care, healing and freedom...a Journey to "His" Kingdom
